As we're a small business, we usually take 1-3 working days before posting your order.

UK standard delivery is sent by 2nd class signed for delivery, which is only tracked when a delivery attempt has been made. Usually this will take 3 - 5 working days to arrive.

UK customers can upgrade to next day delivery, which will be sent by DPD courier service. If the free shipping discount code for orders over £50 is used, these will be shipped by standard 2nd class signed for delivery.

Orders which only include booklets or paper patterns are sent 1st class untracked delivery. 

European orders are sent using the Royal Mail tracked and signed for service. Usually they should take 3 - 5 working days to arrive but can take up to 20 working days. There may also be delays due to changes resulting from Brexit and the UK leaving the EU.

Orders to the rest of the world are sent using the Royal Mail tracked and signed for service. Usually they should take 5 - 7 working days to arrive but can take up to 25 working days. There may also be delays due to changes resulting from Brexit and the UK leaving the EU.

You will receive a tracking number for UK standard delivery sent by 2nd class signed for service. This service is only tracked when a delivery attempt has been made.

If you upgrade your order to next day delivery by DPD, you will receive a tracking number.

Tracking numbers are not available for orders which only include booklets or paper patterns as they're sent using the standard 1st class service. 

All international orders will have tracking numbers.

Yes, of course. Sincerely Louise accept returns for all of our knitting kits. 

Kits must be returned in their original condition. You need to contact us at hello@sincerelylouise.co.uk within 14 days of delivery of your order, and ship the item back to us within 30 days of delivery of your order. Sincerely Louise will only cover cost for posting your return back to us if there is a fault with the kit.

When returning an order you'll need to pay for the shipping cost of item to be returned to us. We strongly recommend sending all returned orders using a signed for service and retaining your proof of postage as a refund cannot be issued until the item has been delivered to the Sincerely Louise studio. The original shipping charge of all orders sent from Sincerely Louise to the customer are also non refundable.

If you've ordered a kit and run out of yarn then we're more than happy to help. 

Please email hello@sincerelylouise.co.uk with a photo of your tension swatch for that project. If the kit was knitted in the correct tension we'll send out some extra yarn for free so you can finish it.

Sincerely Louise does not allow for customers to sell finished pieces commercially from any of our kits, digital patterns or book patterns. We do allow for items to be sold for charity, as long as Sincerely Louise is credited as the designer.

This is our policy because we feel when people sell our finished knits commercially it undervalues the business and the hard work spent designing the patterns.
